A 1:1 session with me involves a combination of holistic coaching, transformational breath®, movement, bodywork, sound healing & affirmation.
We relax & open the body to create an optimum flow of breath similar to that natural flow you had when you were a child. Doing so, creates a high vibrational frequency in which denser vibrational energies can rise to the surface to be processed, integrated and released.
Because breathwork doesn’t depend on conscious thought, it avoids the defence mechanisms typically encountered during conventional talk therapy and, often after just one session, clients experience more breakthroughs than years of psychotherapy.
The breath is thus a conduit for the reintegration of fractionated parts of ourselves. Often, these being the root causes of many dis-eases and disorders.
